These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and PRK999 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") regarding your access to and use of the services available at https://prk999.cam (the "Site").

By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using any of the services offered by PRK999 — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables and any promotional offerings — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

PRK999 does not operate under any Pakistani government licence. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the PRK999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and applicable bonus funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other non-cash incentive offered by PRK999 subject to these Terms and any specific promotion terms.
• "CNIC" means a Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to withdrawal and at other points determined by the Operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, account management and support services offered through the PRK999 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account with PRK999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are registering for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party, business or commercial entity.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently excluded or had an account suspended or closed by PRK999 for Terms violations.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of PRK999 or any of its affiliated entities.

PRK999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in Account suspension and withholding of Balance pending verification.

You may register only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must promptly notify PRK999 of any change to your registered details. PRK999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any time the Operator deems necessary for compliance purposes. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (CNIC — front and back — or passport biographical page);
• Proof of residential address, where required (a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming you are the holder of the submitted identity document;
• Evidence of payment method ownership, where the Operator determines this is necessary.

All documents must be submitted through the platform's official, SSL-secured verification portal only. Never send sensitive documents via social media, messaging applications or unencrypted email. PRK999 will never request documents through unofficial channels.

All deposits to a PRK999 Account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted. PRK999 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and may require additional documentation to confirm payment method ownership.

Available payment channels, minimum and maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are published in the live cashier. These may change from time to time without prior notice, subject to third-party provider policies. PRK999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.

References on this platform to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for contextual familiarity only. PRK999 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Players must independently confirm that their chosen payment method is eligible for use and complies with applicable Pakistani law and the provider's own terms of service.

PRK999 does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from criminal activity, proceeds of fraud or any other unlawful origin. Suspected money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after full KYC verification has been completed. Requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative withdrawal channels may be offered at the Operator's discretion, subject to additional verification requirements.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are subject to the current terms published in the cashier. PRK999 does not guarantee specific processing timelines, as these depend in part on third-party payment providers and banking intermediaries.

• Withdrawals of Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not permitted.
• Any pending Bonus may be forfeited upon initiating a withdrawal, subject to the specific promotion terms.
• PRK999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals may be withheld, suspended or reversed where fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a regulatory obligation is suspected.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives available at PRK999 are subject to these Terms and the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before cash withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are applied to bonus funds only unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is as specified in the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live casino and table games at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are time-limited. Any bonus not utilised, and any associated Wagering Requirement not completed, within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses cap the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.

All games available on the PRK999 platform are governed by the individual rules published within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournament fixtures, international football, UFC and other live sports — are governed by the betting rules published in the sports section at the time a bet is placed. These rules include provisions regarding market suspension, void bets, settlement procedures and the handling of postponed or abandoned events.

PRK999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, placed after a market has technically closed, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, manipulation or collusion. Decisions made in this regard are final, subject to the formal disputes process described in these Terms.

Malfunction of game software voids all play for the affected round. PRK999 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control, including third-party game server failures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PRK999 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any Balance:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household IP address or device;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the minimum age requirement;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus mechanics;
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or compromise the platform's infrastructure or security systems;
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any other person;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party.

PRK999 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct, including money laundering and fraud, to relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Player.

PRK999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should not be used as a means of generating income, and it can carry a risk of harm when not approached responsibly.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through the Account settings or by contacting support:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish or resell any part of the platform's content;
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform's content;
• Frame or mirror any material from the platform without express prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools in connection with the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRK999, its directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions or errors in third-party game software;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

PRK999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

PRK999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the Operator determines that a material change has occurred, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Players through in-platform notifications or email.

Your continued use of the PRK999 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by PRK999, Players are encouraged to first contact the support team to attempt informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge disputes within a reasonable timeframe and respond with a proposed resolution.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints process described in your Account documentation. PRK999 does not provide binding arbitration through third-party dispute resolution services unless required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
