PRK999 (referred to in this Policy as "we", "us", "our" or the "Operator") is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all individuals who use, access or interact with the PRK999 platform at https://prk999.cam (the "Site").

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how we collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process personal data in connection with your use of the Site and the services offered through it. It also describes the rights you hold in relation to your personal data and how to exercise them.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy, which together govern your relationship with PRK999.

This Policy applies to all users of the PRK999 platform, including players accessing the Site from cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data or online identifier.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure and destruction.
• "Data Controller" means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. PRK999 acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the Site.
• "Data Processor" means any third party that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that may be required by the Operator prior to withdrawal or upon reaching certain activity thresholds.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card, issued by NADRA, Pakistan.
• "Cookies" means small text files placed on your device by the Site for the purposes described in Section 10 of this Policy.

PRK999 is the Data Controller responsible for personal data collected through https://prk999.cam. For all data protection enquiries, subject access requests and rights exercises, please contact our support team using the details set out in Section 14 of this Policy.

PRK999 is not registered as a data controller with any Pakistani regulatory authority and does not represent that its data processing practices are subject to oversight by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani body. Data processing obligations are determined by the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

PRK999 collects personal data through several means, including information you provide directly and data generated automatically through your use of the platform. The categories of data we collect include:

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious beliefs or biometric data beyond liveness verification required for identity confirmation). Where a liveness check is required as part of KYC, its sole purpose is to confirm that you are the holder of the submitted identity document.

PRK999 processes personal data only for the purposes described below, each supported by an applicable legal basis:

• Account Registration and Management — to create and maintain your Account, verify your identity and manage your relationship with the platform. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

PRK999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

All third-party Data Processors engaged by PRK999 are required to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

PRK999 operates across international jurisdictions and may process or store personal data in countries outside of Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, PRK999 will implement appropriate safeguards — such as contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms — to ensure that your data is protected.

By using the PRK999 platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to, processed and stored in jurisdictions outside Pakistan, including for the purposes of KYC processing, game platform operations and payment intermediary functions.

PRK999 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention principles apply:

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents identification. Where data is required to be retained for an ongoing legal proceeding, regulatory investigation or dispute, retention may be extended accordingly.
